Charitable Bequests

A Charitable Bequest is perhaps the simplest form of planned gift to arrange. It is a gift made through a person's last will and testament. A bequest could involve gifts of cash, real estate or other property but usually is a percentage of the residue of the donor's estate which is given after family needs are cared for. It could be a specific dollar amount as well.
