Triumph out of Tragedy
To lose a child is the worst thing any parent could ever imagine. It is an unexplainable and heartbreaking event.
On February 19, 2013, The Poelman family endured this terrible experience when their daughter Kyndra ReAnn Poelman passed away at the age of 22 years old in a car accident. In memory of their daughter, the Poelmans created a foundation through Christian Stewardship Services called Kyndra’s Foundation of Love.
Kyndra had a love for children and Kyndra’s Foundation of Love gives to charities that were dear to her heart. Children in need all over the world are now receiving Christian education and coming to know the Lord! Schools have also been built and missionary trips are on going.
Setting up a CSS-style foundation can be a wonderful option to give to your favorite charities. Friends and family can join you in making a difference while CSS takes care of all the administration. We manage the fund, send out funds on instruction of the family, and issue the tax receipts for donations.
The creation of Kyndra’s Foundation of Love has allowed Kyndra’s dream to live on. Touching lives and sharing the gospel all over the world, the Poelman family indeed have turned a tragedy into a triumph.
